You were very lucky mate. I should've banned you for 7 days. You've broken one server rule. Features Abusing, see the imagine below.
As long as you stay IN that building WITH A TRICK -> YOU'RE ABUSING !!! . You can't be easy killed right there, so you abused of this. You deserved 7 days ban , but I was kind with you. Next time , I won't be.
The ban remains until IstuntmanI takes the final decision. But you were inside that high building in /ls and I couldn't reach you , because I can't give any command while protecting the zone, so you were in advantage by that trick abuse. So , useless report !
And, besides all this...you told "n**b" and "stupid" to an admin

Loading and SkyLine are right: you aren't allowed to capture in that building, as you can't easily enter in it. (not without commands) You are not allowed to capture in building structures, as others can't get in them.
You insulted so you got muted. The only mistake they did is that they also insulted you, but I understand them, as some players like you can be really annoying.
