FIXED Bug /stt

Ce face bugul: (descrie bugul) Nu e nici o masina la /stt .
Cand l-ai descoperit: (spune cand ai descoperit bugul) acum
Locatie: (daca este bug la mapa) /stt

It is rlly a bug  .I saw it at LSV base too and i thinked that vla cars was placed there  .Hope stuntman repair it

I will use this post to report that also HNS minigame is not running well, since the seeker is able to walk before the minigame starts.
About Admin cmds: '/agiveweapon' => the number of the weapon doesn't match with the number in '/weaponslist' [Weapon numbers between 33 and 46 ONLY]. I've tested it and it gives us an M4, Sniper...it depends of the number.

About the original issue: did the cars ever appear, or they aren't appearing at all ? I'm kinda busy at the moment and I can't test it now.

Masinile nu apar deloc. Am testat acum iarasi sa vad.
