Un user al Reddit a postat lista misiunilor care vor fi incluse în Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, afirmând că a participat la un eveniment preview unde a reușit să vadă o listă cu toate misiunile. Nu există nicio confirmare din partea sa, dar numele misiunilor se potrivesc cu lista de achievements, care a fost deja confirmată de publicații externe. În total ar urma să fie 61 de misiuni grupate în 5 capitole.
Metal Gear Solid V va fi lansat pe 1 septembrie pentru PC, Current și Old Gen.
