Cerinţe:
1. Trebuie să ai postări minime :
- 50 posturi pentru avatar/semnatură
- 500 posturi pentru logo
- 100 posturi pentru alt tip de creaţie
2. Pozele încărcate pentru avatar/semnătură trebuie să aibă mărimea minima 200x300!
3. Numele topicului trebuie să fie Cerere: avatar,semnătură, userbar,etc. ( Exemplu: Cerere Avatar )
Reguli:
1. Fiecare utilizator poate avea doar o creaţie la 10 zile.
2. Nu aveţi voie să faceţi un topic în care să cereţi mai mult de o imagine.
3. Într-un topic doar designerii/cel care vrea să o facă şi cel care a cerut pot posta.

- 100 posts for other type of creation
2. Uploaded pictures avatar/signature must have minimum size 200x300!
3. Topic name must be Request: Avatar, Signature, Userbar, etc.. (Example: Request Avatar)
Rules:
1. Every user can have just one creation at 10 days.
2. You are not allowed to make a topic in which you request more than one image.
3. In a topic only designers/who want to make it and the requester can post.
