What does the bug: When u use a animation and after that u change skin using /skin or /myskin the player doesn't move.

This is normally a GTA San Andreas bug. If you use an animation and the server changes your skin , you cannot move. Try /myskin in the car, this is another bug. You can still drive the car but the animation.

Yeah, that's a GTA San Andreas bug, but it can be prevented. Using '/myskin' in a vehicle isn't possible on this server just because of the bug you specified, I prevented it.

I will try to solve/prevent this bug in the future, thanks for reporting ! I'll mark this as fixed.
