Title: /fu does not work

Bug: I was checking G.Moderator cmds on Amar_Ramnani with his permission. I tried /fu and it does not work
Discovered: When I was checking cmds on Amar_Ramnani
Location: No specific location

It works, effects:
- will remove the armour
- will set the health to 1.0
- will set a purple weather
- resets the weapons
- gives a dildo
- sets wanted level to 6
- sets an ugly skin
- some messages

When I typed it, it repeated itself and told the function again. So I thought it doesn't works lol.

It should include a reason, but now it is unused, removed (reason hidden parameter).

Fixed.
