PRESENT CONTINUOUS
Use the Present Continuous with Normal Verbs to express the idea that something is happening now, at this very moment. It can also be used to show that something is not happening now.
FORMS
Affirmative:S+to be+V+-ing
For Example:I'm cooking now.
My friends are sleeping now.
Interogative:to be+S+V+-ing
For Example:Am I cooking now?
Are my friends sleeping now?
Negative:S+to be+NOT+-ing
For Example:I'm not cooking now.
They aren't cooking now.
