Reported player's name: ionut[champions] he has health hack and suspected of s0b he was moving with high speeds in /wcs and hitting barrels but not dying.
Photo: Not so much clear in the pics but just gets the idea of his speed and his health. He destroyed all barrels but he remained alive. Here are 4 photo's

I'm not sure that he is cheating. The photos aren't very explanatory.

I resaw (xD) the photos and he lost only 1 "square" from his car life, but you lost all (almost).

Yes, /ban is for level 7, but you can still use /tempban which is only for level 5.
