Title: Using /s and /l as a gang member

Well, today I was fighting with a few GsF members, it was something like 2(my team) vs 4-5 (GsF), and then I saw that a member from GsF is using /s and /l near my base, and this isn't the first time when someone from a gang uses /s and /l near a gang base when a fight is started.

What can I do to /s and /l if you are a gang member ? I want few opinions. Should I make it inaccesible by gang members, or you shouldn't be able to use /s at a range of ... 600.0 units (?) from a base ? Any other suggestions ?

Using that command only at 10 minutes or making it for Co-leader and Leader.
Cannot using near a gang zone.

Ok, I made it to be allowed only at a minimum of 800 units from a base. Thanks.
