Gamescom 2014 aduce şi noutăţi legate de viitorul joc al seriei FIFA. Astfel, FIFA 15 va beneficia de aşa-zişii “portari Next Gen”, comportamentul acestora fiind regândit pentru a profita de opţiunile avansate oferite de noile platforme dedicate gaming-ului. Aceştia vor fi ambiţionaţi de o greşeală, sau, în funcţie de psihic, vor claca după prea multe goluri primite. Iată şi trailer-ul dedicat acestui aspect din FIFA 15.

De asemenea, Microsoft a reconfirmat întelegerea pe care o are cu Electronic Arts, prin intermediul căreia FIFA 15 va fi disonibil într-un bundle exclusiv, alături de o consolă Xbox One, la preţul de 399€. Nu în ultimul rând, la fel ca anul trecut, pachetul de jucători Ultimate Team Legends (fotbalişti faimoşi, printre care şi Hagi, recreaţi în FIFA 15) va fi prezent doar în versiunile pentru Xbox One şi Xbox 360 ale jocului.

FIFA 15 va fi lansat în Europa pe 26 septembrie 2014. Jocul va fi disponibil pe PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 şi Xbox 360.
