Title: Basic Commands

I want to make /bcmds (for newbies) and I want to know which are the basic commands (most usefull) ?

For now I have /help, /car, /howto, /holdlist, others ? Not /teles, /rules, /cmds, they can find them simple at /help.

Other commands ?

Added /bcmds with:
