If I did multi accounting, could I log in from 3 different accounts at the same time? Tell me? NO, I coudn't, because I can't knife my computer to three parts.

There is to much trouble with you xD .. By the way a photo of your ban would have been hepful so we could see the ''punishment'' you got :) . I wasn't there nor do I know what really happened because your report is unclear (it might be because of your age, it's understandable) which I think is a major factor in a report. This is more like a personal message for stuntman, you could have contacted him personally.

It looks like it is a problem with your internet provider, it may give the same IP to lots of houses, which ISN'T ALRIGHT !
I don't get what you want to say with this topic.
By the way, you can connect more than once from a single IP or even from a single computer.
