Title: Unkillable bug found

What does the bug: If you go much underwater, you can spawn vehicles and don't lose life. So, you can capture zones without losing hp, being down, and can't get killed.
When you discovered: Long time ago.
Location: I found it in the sea near /ottos, but i think it works everywhere

You aren't unkillable, but you can't be killed too easy because they have to spawn an underwater vehicle in a neighbourhood and come to you, which takes a bit of time.

I'll make it so you won't be able to use /capture or protect/assist when you are underwater.
