Title: Hp event

Bug: Yesterday i connected and after sometime i started the HP event. But you know the message displayed after we just typed /hpevent. it says start/stop. That means it has already been started. I first use /hpevent stop to get it stopped. i get the message: [GZS]Haaz stopped the HP event started by nobody. Then when i start it and someone picks it up, message is displayed like this: [GZS]Sander has found the HP which was placed by nobody.
Location: No place specific.
Discovered: Many times after v2.00.

I forget to add at '/hpevent stop' a check to verify if the HP Event is ACTUALLY started. It wasn't started when you stopped it.

Also, it don't say by who was it placed when somebody wins it, only in logs says (there was a bug).
