SEGA şi Creative Assembly au prezentat noi secvenţe de gameplay din Total War: Rome 2, înfăţişând bătălia de pe Nil dintre Imperiul Roman şi forţele Egiptului. În clipul de mai jos, jucătorul este la comanda armatelor Imperiului Roman, acesta fiind nevoit să se folosească de un număr limitat de unităţi pentru a triumfa în faţa apărătorilor egipteni.



Total War: Rome 2 este construit pe un nou motor grafic, ce permite reproducerea extrem de detaliată a zeci de mii de trupe simultan. Creative Assembly a afirmat că acest joc beneficiază de cel mai mare buget de producţie din întreaga istorie a seriei Total War, Rome 2 urmând să ofere cea mai cuprinzătoare campanie turn-based, precum şi cele mai cinematice bătălii real-time din orice joc de strategie.

Total War: Rome 2 este aşteptat pentru PC pe 3 septembrie 2013.
