Hey all. I want present to your attention a new global modification for GTA San Andreas called "RoSA Project" which developing by our Russian modmakers. RoSA Project - it is full replacement textures throughout the San Andreas qualitative counterparts. It is global re-texture of San Andreas to HD.
The purpose of modification - replace all the textures on the quality and the most similar to the original.
Also planned are two versions:1) Realistic - includes texture to the real names of cities, shopping, advertising (billboards), the real texture of sidewalks, etc.;
2) Standard - includes only a texture similar to a standard. All names, etc. will remain the same, but the texture quality will increase by 2-3 times.
The basis of modification - the textures in 1024x1024 resolution.
Major roads and highways (highway) - 2048x2048.

1. Install GTA SA (You must have clean game) and install SA-MP.
2. Download mod.
3. Unpack the archive.
4. Download Alci's IMG Editor 1.5
5. Open this Editor
6. File -> Open (find gta3.img and press Open)
7. Actions -> Import (remove if exists).
8. Select all the files in the folder "Desert" and press Open.
9. Press "Rebuild" and wait for the end of the rebuilding process.
10. Close Editor.
